After my early morning session I came home to do some work, but at around 1pm we had a powercut so I couldn't work anymore, so just HAD to go back to the beach.

When I got there things didn't look great, not only was the place packed (it was much nicer when I was out on my own this morning), but the wind had swung SE and become really gusty. There was about 15 kiters out on 12m kites and 10 windsurfers who were all on 5.5m(ish) sails and big boards. I decidd to rig my 5m and little wave board anyway and joined them.

In the gusts all was fine, well powered up and flying across the flat water with some nice gybes, but in the lulls I just sunk (completely).

There were kitesurfers getting lofted all over the place and losing boards, windsurfers sinking and tourists everywhere.

Plenty of blasting and some of the less often seen faces were on the water which was good, but noit a great session really.
